What different types of product for skin care are available? Skin care product manufacturers seem to make the most outlandish claims. Which companies are we to believe? All organic skin care products that we purchase need to be of top quality .
There was versions of skin care in the Stone Age. Skincare products in history is not such a recent thing either. This is the same for the history of perfume and cologne.
The primary reason for using skin care products is to take care of our skin. These products are methods of controlling the damage to our skin and also offering some protection. Skin care products also will try and alleviate some of the effects of toxins that get into our skin through the pores.
History and the use of skin care products
Skin protection was always a must for farmers and fishermen, throughout history, in order to protect their skin.
If you can imagine being on a stormy boat, with the freezing wind biting into your face, it’s bound take its toll on your skin. The farmer must also work in all types of weather, so is going to be protection for exposed skin. Now, in the past there were no such things as shop bought skin care products so I would imagine that’s the fisherman and farmer could protect their face and hands with natural products.
Natures own skin care products
The fisherman would have used something like whale blubber to protect himself from the elements, and I’m sure the farmer knew of a few natural facial protections. The farmer in the fishermen would have to do what they needed to do but at least it was all natural.
The hype about skin care products these days all seems to be about the miracle cure, this is very hard to believe. Are we doing ourselves more harm than good with all the chemicals that are in today’s skin care products? And it can be said of hair care products We rely too much on the miracle cure in the jar, which are usually full of chemicals. We should be relying more on the natural skin care product because we already get enough chemical toxins from the environment
